AH77 Terms and Conditions — Read Before You Play

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the AH77 website or mobile application, creating an account, making a deposit or participating in any game or promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — through a desktop browser, the Android app or the iOS app.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and A H77.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register on AH77 you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. AH77 does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration including your real name, date of birth and contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing AH77 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and any associated bonuses will be forfeited.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list that you have previously requested through AH77's responsible gaming tools.

AH77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide acceptable verification may result in account suspension or withdrawal holds until the matter is resolved.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AH77 login credentials. This includes your username, password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

• Never share your password with anyone, including AH77 support staff — our team will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Log out of the platform when using shared or public devices.
• Notify AH77 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

AH77 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. Transactions completed using your correct login details are considered authorised unless you have reported a security issue to us prior to those transactions taking place.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits on AH77 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). AH77 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits, typically credited within seconds
• Easypaisa — nationwide mobile wallet with broad availability
• Raast — instant inter-bank transfer system
• Bank Transfer — all major Pakistani commercial banks
• Visa / Mastercard — debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks
• Mobile Wallets — additional wallet options available in the AH77 app

Deposits are credited to your AH77 account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment processor. AH77 does not charge any deposit fees, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges — please check with your payment provider before depositing.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by account tier. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from increased deposit limits.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with standard payment security practices. Where this is not possible due to technical constraints, AH77 support will work with you to arrange an alternative withdrawal route.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes displayed in your account dashboard. Standard processing is completed within 24–72 hours; VIP Gold tier and above benefit from priority processing.
• AH77 does not charge withdrawal fees on its own side. Your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real money balances that are not associated with an active bonus are withdrawable at any time subject to the verification requirements above.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.

AH77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms or where additional verification is required. In such cases, you will be contacted by support with details of what is needed to resolve the hold.

6Bonuses & Promotions

AH77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected slot titles, bingo tickets and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each individual offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all AH77 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account.
• Game contributions vary — not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and bingo may contribute at a lower rate. Check individual promotion terms for the contribution breakdown.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic or professional bonus exploitation strategies are prohibited and may result in the cancellation of bonuses and review of your account.
• AH77 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while active, players who have already claimed it will be given reasonable time to complete their wagering.

Cricket-season promotions — including PSL match-day offers, T20 series bonuses and international cricket tournament events — are subject to the same general bonus rules above plus any additional conditions stated in the relevant event promotion page.

7Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on AH77 — including casino table games, slots, live dealer games, bingo and fish games — operate on certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, through real-time dealer action that is streamed and verified. AH77 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Each game has its own specific rules which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. AH77 support can direct you to rule explanations if needed, but the platform is not responsible for losses arising from misunderstanding game mechanics.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Technical glitches during a game session that are demonstrably caused by AH77's platform infrastructure will be investigated and resolved fairly.
• In the event of a game malfunction during a live session, the round will be declared void and stakes returned.
• Wins that result from a clearly identifiable software error or incorrect odds display will not be honoured. AH77 will void such bets and return the original stake.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on AH77 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live multiplayer formats
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in displayed odds or any unintended platform behaviour for financial gain
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime
• Engaging in charge-back fraud — disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or wallet provider after receiving the corresponding platform credits
• Threatening, harassing or abusing AH77 support staff or other players through any platform communication channel

9Responsible Gaming

AH77 is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable gaming environment. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or harm. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders — receive an alert when you have been playing for a set duration of your choice.
• Reality Checks — periodic notifications showing your net session result to help you stay aware of your activity.
• Self-Exclusion — request a temporary or longer-term break from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked and you cannot be reactivated until the period expires.

10Account Suspension & Closure

AH77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• These Terms and Conditions have been breached
• Fraudulent, deceptive or abusive behaviour has been detected
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more of no login activity)
• A self-exclusion request has been made by the account holder
• Identity verification requirements have not been met within the required timeframe

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting AH77 support. Any real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11Limitation of Liability

AH77 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical issues, downtime or errors at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, AH77 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or expected gains arising from platform downtime or technical errors beyond our control
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform
• Any delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions

Nothing in these terms limits AH77's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Privacy & Data

AH77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on AH77, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and communicate with you about your account and promotions.
• AH77 does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
• You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support, subject to any legal retention obligations.

13Changes to These Terms

AH77 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, payment methods, applicable practices or other operational requirements. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or mobile number associated with their account.

The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the AH77 platform after the notification date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should cease using the platform and request account closure before the updated terms take effect.

14Contact & Disputes

If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, or if you wish to raise a dispute regarding a transaction, game result or account decision, please contact AH77 support. Our support team is available during Pakistan Standard Time business hours and is familiar with local payment processes and platform operations.

To raise a dispute:

1. Contact AH77 support with full details of your complaint including your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any supporting screenshots or transaction references.
2. AH77 will acknowledge your complaint and provide an initial response within 48 hours.
3. Complex disputes will be escalated to the relevant team and a final decision communicated within 14 working days.

AH77 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently. All decisions are made based on platform records, game logs and transaction data.
